WORKSHOP SERIES

PLAY IN 3D UNIVERSE

This project documents a hands-on learning path built around playful experimentation in Cinema 4D. Across the workshops, you move from basic motion tests to refined loops that feel clean, precise, and visually satisfying. Timing, spacing, and rhythm are treated almost like a code, guiding every on-screen curve and transition. You can trace how simple bouncing shapes evolve into complex chains of cause and effect, with cloth, dynamics, and motion graphics all blending together. PLAY 3D keeps everything approachable while still showing a solid understanding of animation fundamentals, making it easy to see how each exercise contributes to the final piece.

From Bounce to Flow

Wavy 3D terrain with multicolored organic shapes and a single white sphere placed within the soft undulating surface
Patterned layout of colorful 3D cylinders arranged in a tightly packed hexagonal grid for a playful geometric visual effect

The Motion Code

Explorations were made on movement in waves, rotation, pivot, bounce, squash and stretch, arcs, secondary action, change reaction, cloth, motion graphics, dynamics, and transitions.

Minimalist 3D scene with pastel-colored abstract shapes including arches, twisted cylinders, and spheres arranged on a light grid surface
Two vertically twisted rods with smooth textures, wrapped with soft pink and yellow cloth-like material against a mint green background
Stylized 3D modeling workspace with colorful pushpin-like objects and cylinders arranged on graph paper grid for playful industrial design
